Christ, my Lord, was born one special eve
The only child who was immaculately conceived
His mother is Mary, His father, “The Most High”
Above his birthplace stood a star in the sky

Christ, called Emmanuel, was born one special eve
God is with us for us to receive
He lied in a manger; there was no room in the inn
His entire life on earth was as humble as his beginning

Christ, my provider, was born one special eve
He said he’ll never forsake me, he said he’ll never leave
Wise men followed a star in the eastern distance
They brought gifts of gold, myrrh, and frankincense

Christ, the Truth, was born one special eve
satan for years has tried to deceive
Resist the devil and he will flee from you
The devil is a liar, but the word of the Lord is true

Christ, my king, was born one special eve
Us, from our sins, he came to relieve
For unto us a child is born, A son is given
He shall reign over the house of Jacob
And to his kingdom; there shall be no end

Christ, my savior, was born one special eve
He washed away my sins because I believe
He knew his destiny from the time of birth
That he had come to save the earth

On Christmas day, don’t forget “Christ”
He came and he died, so we might have life
Remember all that he is and all he’ll ever be
Forget the material things and remember what Christmas really means
